To tell you the truth, we don't know why this bread is so darned good. Maybe it's the magic combination of high protein wheat flour and loads of honest-to-goodness old fashioned rolled oats. Whatever! Mom's just knows that customers get extra cranky if she ever runs out of it. So get it while you can.

High gluten bread flour, whole wheat, unbleached bread flour, water, buttermilk, rolled oats, honey, canola oil, buttermilk powder, yeast, salt, oat fiber.
