This recipe is based on the Old Fashioned American Colonial pie. Mom’s takes apples, cherries, citron, lemon and orange peel, raisins and currants, soaks them in brandy and cider, adds beef and suet and bakes. A flavorful holiday favorite, available anytime.

A “souped up” version of its famous cousin, the Pecan Pie. This gem of a dessert is loaded with Virginia GentlemanTM bourbon from Mom’s long-time Reston neighbor, the Bowman Distillery. Needless to say, Mom’s Bourbon Walnut Pie is quite popular in these parts.

Truly rich, sinful & delicious, Mom’s Southern specialty with chunks of pure chocolate added for that over-the-top sensation.
